When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company or website, project needs, budget range, timeline, and message.

Our hosting and security systems may automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, requested pages, and diagnostic or security logs.

  • meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

04

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed with service providers that help us operate the website and business, including hosting, email delivery, infrastructure, and professional advisers; when you direct us to; or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Contact-form submissions are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. Providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

05

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Essential technical storage may be used if required for security or core functionality. If we introduce optional analytics or similar technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by law.

06

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, dispute, and security requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of information and our relationship with you.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

07

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. Local privacy rights may vary by jurisdiction.
