The descriptions on this website are general information, not a binding offer. The scope, timetable, fees, responsibilities, acceptance process, and deliverables for paid work are agreed in writing before a project begins.
Both parties are expected to provide timely information, access, decisions, and feedback. Changes to an agreed scope may affect cost and delivery dates and will be documented before the additional work starts.

Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, Atlantiqs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, know-how, and reusable components. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is defined in the applicable project agreement and may depend on full payment.
The Atlantiqs name, brand, website design, and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their respective licences.

We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, complete, current, or free from errors. We may update, suspend, or remove website content without notice.
